Experience & Skills
The ideal applicant will have prior experience in an inbound sales or customer support role, preferably within the property, finance, or a related service industry. Proficiency with CRM systems and general office software is expected. Key skills include active listening, persuasive communication, and effective objection handling. While property market knowledge is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success. A resilient attitude and a drive to excel in a performance-oriented role are critical.
