Female Bio Specialist – Microbiology & Biofertilizer Expert

Location: Al-Qassim, Saudi Arabia

Hiring: 1 Female Bio Specialist (preferably PhD)

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced female bio specialist to lead work in microbiology, bacteriology, and biofertilizer development within a dedicated research area, closely integrated with the tissue culture lab.

Responsibilities

• Working with all types of beneficial bacteria
• Developing biofertilizers from scratch
• Worm farming and insect (predatory/pollinator) rearing
• Experimentation for new agri-products

Accommodation & Living

• Free housing (shared or single), utilities included

• Fridays off, 1 Eid holiday
• After 2 years: 3-month paid leave + return ticket

All selected employees will undergo a trial period. If any candidate is found unqualified or underperforming, they will be responsible for reimbursing visa and associated costs, and will be returned home.
