Caretaker - Estate Services

In this full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, you will be responsible for ensuring our residential estates across Haringey and Enfield are maintained to impeccable standards of cleanliness and safety. Your daily duties will involve thorough inspection and cleaning of communal areas, including sweeping, mopping, litter picking, and meticulous upkeep of bin storage areas. You will also conduct essential health and safety checks to ensure a secure environment for all residents.
