Experience & Skills
Proven experience in nursery management or a senior early years leadership role. Expertise in implementing and monitoring the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, parents, and staff. Robust knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures. Proficient in nursery operations, including budgeting, admissions, and compliance.
