This pivotal role involves contributing significantly to the development, ongoing maintenance, and operational support of critical client infrastructure, systems, and their associated software. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the provision of reliable, secure, and highly efficient IT services within a structured and process-oriented environment. Key responsibilities include: Providing expert technical monitoring and support for client infrastructure, effectively managing incidents and service requests. Performing comprehensive server administration across diverse supported environments. Planning and executing system changes in strict adherence to established processes, including ITIL change management principles. Translating user requirements into practical, cost-effective technical solutions. Collaborating with application providers to install, configure, and rigorously test operating systems and related software.
