Clerk of Works, Social Housing (Contract)

This contract role involves an experienced Clerk of Works supporting a local authority in London to ensure the high-quality delivery and compliance of major works across its social housing portfolio. The successful candidate will conduct detailed surveys of tenanted and leasehold homes, communal areas, and blocks within the London Borough of Southwark.
