HR Business Partner

Cygnet Healthcare, a leading provider of specialist mental health services for over 30 years, is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This full-time, 40-hour per week role is pivotal in driving the people agenda across various services in Scotland and the North East of England. Reporting to the HRM for Social Care, the HRBP will serve as the primary point of contact for all employee-related matters, working closely with operations teams. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, change management, recruitment, retention, job design, performance management, training & development, and talent management, alongside participation in HR projects. The successful candidate will foster a positive and productive workplace culture, promoting corporate values and empowering staff to achieve their full potential. The position is autonomous, requiring regular travel to various sites (anticipated 3 days per week on-site).
