Customer Service Assistant - Plumbing & Heating

Wolseley, a prominent specialist trade merchant serving the UK and Ireland, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant for its Exeter branch. This vital role focuses on providing exceptional service to our trade customers, assisting them with their plumbing and heating product needs. The successful candidate will engage directly with customers at the trade counter, offering expert product recommendations and efficiently managing inquiries via phone and email. The position also encompasses general warehouse responsibilities, including processing incoming deliveries, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and safely loading vehicles, which involves handling heavy items such as boilers, radiators, sinks, and toilets. Maintaining attractive merchandise displays within the branch is also a key part of the role. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, with a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), including rotational Saturday morning shifts (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
