Vacancy Description

Location: Al-Qassim (≈1 hour from Buraidah), Saudi Arabia

Role Summary

Lead professional nursery operations with a focus on flowers—from propagation and varietal management to quality control and market readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage flower cultivation cycles (seasonal & perennial varieties). • Propagation (seed, cutting, tissue-culture acclimatization) and potting schedules. • Nutrient, irrigation, IPM, and greenhouse/climate control programs. • Quality grading, post-harvest handling, and order fulfillment. • Train and supervise nursery assistants; ensure HSE compliance and record-keeping.

Experience & Skills

Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursery, Horticulture, Agriculture or related field. • 5+ years proven experience in flower production/nursery management. • Strong knowledge of fertigation, IPM, and greenhouse systems. • Hands-on leadership and basic reporting (Excel/Sheets preferred).
