We are seeking an individual who possesses a unique blend of skills and experience, including: * Profound expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. * Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of articulating complex information clearly to diverse audiences. * Strong analytical acumen and advanced problem-solving capabilities, with a pragmatic approach to solution delivery. * Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven capacity to inspire and guide cross-functional teams effectively. * Extensive hands-on experience in Agile estimation and planning activities, including the development and maintenance of roadmaps and delivery plans, implementation of incremental approaches, and effective communication of progress and challenges to stakeholders.
