* Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven capacity to inspire and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
* Extensive hands-on experience in Agile estimation and planning activities, including the development and maintenance of roadmaps and delivery plans, implementation of incremental approaches, and effective communication of progress and challenges to stakeholders.
