Experience & Skills
Applicants should ideally possess a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and have at least one year of experience in either childcare or a nursery setting. A deep understanding and practical application of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework are required. Strong communication skills are vital for building effective relationships with young children, their families, and the wider team. Fluency in English is also a prerequisite.
