We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations, bringing at least 5 years of relevant expertise to our vibrant team.

Qualifications & Skills:
* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is essential, with a CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in an Accounting Manager role, specifically within the manufacturing sector.
* Proficient understanding and practical experience with tax-related matters pertinent to the manufacturing industry, including current Income and Sales Tax Laws.
* Demonstrated ability to navigate and utilize the IRIS portal for tax filings.
* Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and advanced MS Excel.
* Familiarity with general IT concepts is a plus.
* Robust knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory frameworks.
* Proven expertise in accounting software.
* Superior analytical and complex problem-solving capabilities.
* Strong leadership acumen and outstanding communication skills.
* Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet critical deadlines.
