Hajj Umrah Travels is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team in Lahore. This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional travel solutions to clients, encompassing everything from initial inquiries to comprehensive booking management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting unforgettable travel experiences, handling a diverse range of requests for flights, hotels, and specialized packages such as Umrah and holiday tours. You will be expected to efficiently utilize industry-standard Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and provide diligent support for changes, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring a smooth and professional journey for all customers.
Experience & Skills
Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the travel industry.
Required Qualification: Intermediate level.
Key Skills: Excellent English communication (both spoken and written), in-depth knowledge of airline rules, fares, and ticketing procedures, strong customer service and problem-solving abilities, capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
Preferred Skills: Experience with GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus), specialized knowledge in Umrah, Hajj, and international holiday package sales, familiarity with the UK or broader international travel market. This is a non-managerial role.
