Profit Systems (ProSys), a thriving entity in the E-commerce and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sectors, is actively seeking a dynamic Outreach & Trade Relations Specialist. This crucial role involves spearheading business growth by cultivating robust relationships with global suppliers and clients through proactive cold outreach methods, including professional calls and emails. We empower businesses by streamlining operations and expanding their networks, and we're looking for a confident, fluent English speaker with a passion for meaningful conversations. Key responsibilities include initiating international outbound calls, crafting compelling email communications, developing outreach strategies and templates, preparing comprehensive company profiles, and leading virtual partner meetings. The specialist will also manage trade inquiries, facilitate supplier onboarding, activate new accounts, maintain organized CRM systems, conduct business research, and collaborate with internal teams to meet daily productivity objectives. This position operates on a remote or hybrid model, with flexible night shifts to accommodate international time zones.
Experience & Skills
This opportunity is open to fresh graduates, with a strong preference for individuals possessing a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as English, Psychology, or Communication Studies. Key experience and skills include: outstanding written and verbal English communication, comfort with cold calling and professional email outreach, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), strong organizational and task management abilities, and a self-driven, responsible work ethic. Experience in BPO, call center operations, telesales, virtual assistance, supplier relationship management, negotiation, or sales is a definite plus. The role requires an individual eager to engage with international clients in a dynamic setting.
