Executive Washing Product Development Specialist

Samad Apparel is seeking a dedicated Washing Product Development (PD) Executive to join their team in Lahore, Pakistan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting both the product development phase and bulk production activities related to garment washing. Your responsibilities will include close coordination with PD, Production, and Washing teams to ensure seamless execution of all washing processes. You will also be tasked with monitoring washing operations during bulk production to uphold approved parameters, assisting in the implementation of washing recipes, and providing support for trial washes, pilot runs, and development samples, meticulously reporting your observations to senior staff. Furthermore, you will conduct post-wash inspections to verify shade consistency, hand feel, appearance, and dimensional stability, as well as maintain comprehensive records of washing parameters, recipes, and approvals. Effective coordination with various teams for the timely execution and approval of washed samples will also be a key duty.
