Lab Technician - Textiles / Garments

Kings Apparel Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., a prominent export-oriented garment manufacturer situated in Karachi's Korangi Industrial area, specializes in providing high-quality apparel to clients across Europe and the USA. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. This pivotal role requires a professional with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience within the knitted garment sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting rigorous textile testing in strict accordance with ISO and AATCC standards. Key duties include performing a comprehensive range of routine and specialized laboratory tests, such as assessing dimensional stability, skewness, various washing tests, perspiration resistance, rubbing/crocking, phenolic yellowing, and pH levels. The role also demands meticulous documentation of all test results to ensure compliance with QA protocols, preparing detailed analytical reports using Microsoft Excel, and effectively communicating findings to the QA team. Furthermore, the Lab Technician will support troubleshooting efforts when necessary and ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
