Credit Controller

This pivotal role at MAK Solutions involves safeguarding the company's financial health by proactively managing credit risk and optimizing cash flow. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire credit control cycle, from assessing customer creditworthiness and setting appropriate limits to ensuring the prompt collection of outstanding receivables. Key duties include meticulous monitoring of customer accounts, diligent follow-up on overdue invoices through various channels (calls, emails, formal reminders), and generating comprehensive aging reports for management insights. You will also play a crucial role in resolving billing discrepancies in coordination with sales and client services, accurately reconciling payments, and enforcing company credit policies to minimize bad debt exposure. Additionally, you will support critical month-end and year-end accounts receivable closing activities and maintain precise records of all credit-related communications and decisions, fostering strong customer relationships while upholding financial discipline.
